bighairtexan Posted October 12, 2014 #3 Share Posted October 12, 2014 I don't know if it's the same one or not: WILLY WONKA PIE Crust: 2 cups crumbs, HONEY MAID Graham Cracker 4 Tbsp butter or margarine 1/4 cup sugar Cheesecake Batter: 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup Sour Cream Batter Flavorings: 6 squares BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate, melted and cooled slightly Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix Crust ingredients; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Mix in Batter Flavorings. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 60 min or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator. Ashland Posted October 12, 2014 Author #5 Share Posted October 12, 2014 I saw this recipe when I just googled it ... but was thrown off by the white chocolate  We did ask about the RCI cookbook (I thought maybe it would be in there) and was told they only sell it in the speciality restaurants (I would think they would have sold it in one of the onboard shops ) but I never got around to going there in search of it...I didn't use any of these restaurants on my most recent cruise...and actually this was the first time I had tasted it...gee, and to think of all the times I have missed out on this yummy treat :p Was hoping someone would have the recipe.
