Ropes course question

They require entirely enclosed shoes. My son had closed-toe shoes, like the ones pictured here, and he was not allowed. I specifically bought them after reading all the people here who said "closed-toe shoes", only to find out that is not correct.

When I was on the Breakaway, I had to borrow an eyeglass strap or I couldn't go. Said they were afraid I would lose or drop and break my glasses. I did see others without a strap but luckily someone had one I borrowed. I came home and bought one for my next trip!:)

What kind of shoes are required to go on the Getaway's ropes course? Can you go in Teva's or flip flops?

Closed heels, as well a shoe laces, are mentioned in the posted requirements. . .

It will be interesting to see what they consider a closed heel shoe. I have a pair of Teva Dozer sandals that have a partially closed heel, but not a "floppy" heel strap, as do most Teva sandals, like those pictured in post #4 above.
