Mac303 Posted October 11, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 11, 2014 Went in the recommended way (before you board etc) to access the cruise planner. Both of my reservations now show cost of cruise zero, and showing credit of the amount paid. Example The December cruise is paid in full, they show the cruise price is zero and the amount of credit is equal to the price paid for the cruise. some day they will get it right. Too funny.; Ours showed 32,000 owing the other day while our invoice said 2100. Today it was corrected to the invoice.

Mac303 Posted October 11, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted October 11, 2014 At least you went in the "safe" way.:) If I went in by way of "my cruises" they may have me booked on another ship or worse, I would be looking at a whales tail. :)

BND Posted October 12, 2014 #6 Share Posted October 12, 2014 (edited) Another benefit of using a TA. We never have to see that mess:D The only way RCI is going to fix this fully is to write/purchase new software specifically for their needs, take down their entire site for a day or two, load and test and then relaunch. They have to be able to move everything without interference from users. We'll see if they ever do this because obviously doing "fixes" and updates to their current site and taking it partially down for a few hours just isn't working. They can't seem to figure out how to do it in parallel so they have got to do something more extreme. Edited October 12, 2014 by BND
