Stateroom Frustration!

I had a similar experience with a cruise on Dawn Princess. DH and I were upgraded to a cabin that only had twin beds - couldn't be made queen as it was a disabled cabin. Phoned Princess that cabin not acceptable. Got moved back to old cabin. Then a week later, just before flights, noticed that we had again been upgraded - to the same cabin we had previously rejected. Phoned Princess again and finally got through to someone in management who eventually sorted it out and gave us an upgraded cabin with queen bed plus a bit of o/b credit for our "bad experience". I dont know why they cant sort out the computer problem that puts people who state queen bed in a twin cabin and people who state twin in a queen cabin.
