Web camera on Jade

The web cam on the Jade would appear to be not working. It is still showing a time of 17.59.26 from last Saturday in Venice. Does anybody know if this failure is a regular occurance ?. If anybody knows the Captains E-mail on the ship, please contact him and ask him to get it fixed.
