How far are the car rental agencies from the Port of Canaveral and do they pick up and drop you off at the Port?

About 2 miles and yes they will take you to port and pick you up after the cruise.

There are probably more, but I know that Avis, Budget, and Hertz have free shuttles to/from the terminal

Enterprise/National/Alamo - the farthest - is a tad over 3 miles, by road, from the Disney Terminal which is kinda in the middle of the terminals

Last year in dec. alamo provided a free shuttle for us both ways. For going to the port shuttles started running at 10:30am.
