Is there more than one place called Shark Ray Alley?

I am interested in snorkeling in Belize, but am confused about where to go. I saw a "Shark Ray Alley" near Caye Caulker and another "Shark Ray Alley" near Ambergris Caye. Are these the same place? Also, where does Hol Chan fit into all this? Are one or both Shark Ray Alleys inside Hol Chan? Please help me clear up the confusion.

Yes they are both the same. Midway between the two islands and tours go from both.
