Peacemkr59 Posted October 24, 2014 #153 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Other than when he was on stage, I only saw Jerome once on the cruise. In the hallway, and he was too busy to be friendly. I think Julie from Love Boat was a better cruise director :) I never saw Jerome other than on stage either. But I did see Captain Johnny at least 3 times just walking around talking to people and taking pictures with folks. He stopped in the pub one night with his parrot! He missed the ship in Nassau and was left behind!! Here is the link to his story about what happened for those who are interested!! http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2118638 Edited October 24, 2014 by Peacemkr59

Only barely related I had an experience just like that with Captain Johnny. When he saw recognition on our face, he stopped to chat, very nice. We had Ken Rush as our CD and I actually like the job he does and his stage presence, but I can tell I wouldn't approach him off stage.
Cupcrazy Posted October 24, 2014 Author #158 Share Posted October 24, 2014 Thanks again for a great review. As I was looking at your pictures I couldn't figure out why some people look very familiar to me. It then hit me that I read your review of The Oasis and I seem to remember something about cleavage and items being thrown to land in it! That sounds like the silly kind of fun that we tend to have after a few drinks in the bar! HAHAHA Boob ball! That's all Skillet right there. Thanks for reading! Cupcrazy Posted October 24, 2014 Author #161 Share Posted October 24, 2014 (edited) IT'S G-MAN'S TURN TO FLOP!!! After the other contestants had flopped, the score to beat was 3.79 from banana hammock guy and Shawn had a dismal .01. Also, up to this point nobody has landed on their belly. Well..... That was all about to change... Edited October 24, 2014 by Cupcrazy

If I remember correctly from my cruise last year our CD was pushed in at the end too. I'm sure they do it every week.
Cupcrazy Posted October 25, 2014 Author #174 Share Posted October 25, 2014 At 10:30pm was the Love & Marriage show in the Amber Theatre. I went in to take a picture but didn't watch the show. However; I did watch the show on tv in my cabin later in the week and it was really funny. If I remember correctly the couple in the middle won
Cupcrazy Posted October 25, 2014 Author #175 Share Posted October 25, 2014 Do you remember earlier in my review when I posted this picture?? Now it's time to reveal what it is. Most of you know of Karaoke, right? Well, have you ever heard of GARYOKE? GARYOKE VIDEO 2 There are screens hanging from the ceiling in front of the stage with the words but they are very hard to see because the screens are small. Everyone had to almost turn around and follow the words off the 2 larger screens on stage.
