Cupcrazy Posted November 30, 2014 Author #651 Share Posted November 30, 2014 I am loving this review. We leave on Allure Dec 7. Could you please tell me how you can get to the patty place from the dock. You can message me or write on here. I have seen it mentioned a few times and have been meaning to ask. Thank you. -Debbi I did mention it on page 21 but I'll post the picture again.
Cupcrazy Posted November 30, 2014 Author #652 Share Posted November 30, 2014 After the belly flop competition we went to Rita's Cantina for lunch. This was my first time there and I must say the food was delicious and very inexpensive. There is an initial charge of $3 and that gets you chips & salsa. The portion sizes are pretty big. My brother & I shared an order of fajitas and there was still some leftover when we were full.

Cupcrazy Posted November 30, 2014 Author #654 Share Posted November 30, 2014 Back up at the Sports pool was the crew vs passenger volleyball tournament. In the past the crew has taken this game pretty seriously and I've never seen a passenger team win. This time the crew wasn't as serious but it was still great when my team kicked their butts. The crew team was winning the first game by so much, Jerome & another crew member decided to just stand on the side of the pool for a few points. Cupcrazy Posted December 1, 2014 Author #667 Share Posted December 1, 2014 Having some fun The donuts aren't anything to write home about. In the Promenade was the "every piece of crap for $10" sale. Also, they were getting ready for the Coach 25% off sale. Staff placed all the purses on the tables while people were standing behind ropes. I wish I was taking a video when they said ok the sale is on. People (women) rushed like there was no tomorrow. Grabbing whatever they could get their hands on. It was kind of like Those Black Friday videos you see on Youtube. It was nuts! I think the woman behind the counter had a heart attack. I looked at a couple men who were around me and we all had that "are you kidding me" look on our faces.

Cupcrazy Posted December 1, 2014 Author #671 Share Posted December 1, 2014 My team won the silver medal. This completed my medal tally on this cruise of 1 Gold, 1 Silver & 1 Bronze. It was one of those days... We had an appointment at the Next Cruise desk. We booked a 7 night cruise on the Independence for October 25 2015. They gave us $700 obc per cabin. We've since cancelled & re-booked under the Vow to Wow sale. The price was more than $700 less and we have $300 obc per cabin. Time to pack :( One last sunset
