Breeze Formal nights

We are going to be on the Breeze in early Dec. for the first time on this ship. We love sitting on Deck 5 at a bar and people watch fellow passengers all dressed up. Is there a good location to do this on the Promenade deck area?? Many thanks!! John & Priscilla :) :)

There are lots of areas to sit and people watch but I must say I was very surprised last Feb on the breeze very very few people really dressed up. Mostly khaki's and golf shirts for guys, sun dresses for gals. Maybe a handful of gowns and suits. Times sure have changed from when we started to cruise and you needed the extra garment bag for the dressy stuff. Personally I'm fine with it .
