Ketchikan - Excursion Help Please.....

I had booked the Misty Fjords and Wilderness Explorer (by boat) with NCL but after reading several posts, I decided to cancel this trip and try to get on a flight seeing tour instead. We will be in Ketchikan on Sept 9th so there’s a good possibility that I won’t be able to find space with any of the tour providers. Any recommendations for an alternate excursion? We will only be in port form 6 am – 1:30 pm but I really don’t want to just wander around town....

Just for the heck of it - call (do not email) Island Wings at (888) 854-2444.

Never can tell, they just might have an opening.

Other than that - the Duck boats loked pretty neat, but they were booked up when I was free.

Love Cruis'n - I just called Island Wings but they are booked, the DW and DD are already on the Duck. They did it in St Maarten and had a blast.

My wife and daughters when up with them on Aug. 10th when I went fishing. Jerry, the pilot, said that he wanted to put the commercial pilots to shame by landing on a lake with out my family feeling the landing. He did.
