How can I tell what fare type I booked?

Hi! I booked a 7 day cruise and the rates have gone down. How can I tell what original fare type I booked under?

Look at your confirmation email from Carnival. It is in the upper section of the email under "Category".

I booked thru cruise dot com as they offered an on board credit... So I don't have that. Is there someplace on the website it may be? Thanks!

You would probably be better off contacting them and asking. Not sure where it might show up unless they sent you an actual invoice from Carnival.

I just went through my booking information as well as doing a mock booking. Didn't find it in either place. As Bob's wife states, contact cruise dot com or check your material from them. I would think it would be somewhere on the documentation.
