We are visiting Gibraltar on 5th November and had thought of doing a taxi tour of the main sites. I've now been on Trip Advisor and read about the Mediterranean steps. Unsure how to get to them and how difficult they are? We managed (only just) the climb to the fortress ruins in Kotor and wondered how the 2 climbs compare?

Any help appreciated.
