I'm pretty sure CB refers to the Caribbean Princess on the boards and CP is Coral Princess.;)

I do wish people would stop being so lazy when refering to ship names... :mad:

 

Now that so many ships have similar names, it often leads to confusion,

especially when a question is posted to a general (non cruiseline specific)

cruise board, such as this one.

 

e.g. "I'm going on the Jewel next February - does anyone have any pictures

of a standard balcony cabin?"

 

I would take the above as refering to Norwegian Jewel, but it could mean

Jewel of the Seas.

 

There are enough acronyms to contend with on the internet without

having to try and remember 50 different ship codes...:eek:
