I don't think you can price match to pack and go rate. You could always call and ask just be prepared to not get it.

You could, but you lose the room chosen and they will assign the same type of room for you. You just don't know where you'll be placed. It could be below the lido deck and you may hear them moving chairs at night. You may also end up with a wonderful room location.

LOTS of noisy areas are on deck 6.
