VIP Lounge access for Singapore MBCC Sapphire Princess

I notice the Singapore Marina Bay Cruise Centre (for our Sapphire Princess departure) has a VIP lounge for waiting passengers.

 

Is it used for Princess cruise passengers and what the elegibility is to use it. FYI .... we are elite passengers in a mini suite on this occassion although we do have our children with us.

 

Appreciate all you help and input.
