"Magic" Dresses

I have seen some dresses on e-bay which are with or without sleeves, the top layer can be lifted and attached by a button to the shoulder to form a drape at the back and front of the dress.
A couple of weeks ago in St Thomas I saw similar dresses in a small gift shop in the mountains, but didn't see them anywhere else in the Eastern or Western Caribbean.
Does anyone have any ideas where these can be purchased? I need someone who can ship internationally to the UK.
