Did the Star have a problem aboard overnight?

Just happened to be looking at the AIS from the Star around an hour ago and noticed she was haring down the Mexican coast at over 22 knots towards Manzanillo. A Mexican Search and Rescue boat raced out to meet her and was stationary alongside her for about 30 minutes. Looks as though they might have had a medivac emergency aboard overnight who needed to be transferred ashore?

If there was a medical issue, I hope that the person is OK now. The SAR boat was going at over 35 knots to get into Manzanillo. The whole thing was obviously happening overnight out there so most people on board probably will not know anything about it.
