Awesome service from the Call Centre

Just want to compliment the assistance given to me by the call centre. In particular Mr Edgar Garcia. I had the need to call Celebrity today with regards to an upcoming cruise and Mr Garcia went above and beyond to help me. My problem was note evin his area of responsibility but he took ownership of my problem and resolved it. I first spoke to him to outline my issues and he said that he could not do anythin at that time as the computers were doing some upgrade but if I called back in 30 minutes he would see if he could assist. I called back and was put straight through to Mr Garcia who was absolutely brilliant. If he is a good representation of the level of service that Celebrity provides then the cruise will be amazing. Thank you for taking the time to give credit where it's due. So many people report negative service that it's great to hear of someone being happy for a change.
