Kosher food

I helped my husbands employer book a Disney cruise a few months ago. At the time I requested for their reservation to be noted that they need kosher food. So my question is will they have the pre packaged kosher food at all meals? Or only at dinner? I know they could eat veggies at the buffet but a couple in their group will only eat the certified kosher meals that are pre packaged. At the buffet is it possible for them to ask someone to get one of the packaged meals brought out?

They should have them for all meals. The buffet staff can get them or they can eat in the designated MDRs.

 

Note that if they are glatt kosher, there are no kosher cooking surfaces on ship, nor are the dishes stored/sorted according to Kashrut guidelines, so eating non pre-packaged foods is not an option. Depends on how observant they are.
