Weird Invoice Issue

I recently switched our cabin (same deckplan code) and requested an updated invoice. I changed nothing else. I noticed the Barbie Experience was listed for both me and my husband ($70 total). I did not purchase the Barbie Experience. I did buy tickets to the Prohibition Party, which is $70 total for the two of us, but this was not listed.

 

When I contacted CS about this, they sent me to the Cruise Planner Department. The CPD emailed me my reservations and charges. The PP is there and no Barbie Experience. OK great, but could this potentially cause a problem down the road? I don't want to get on the ship and find a bunch of Barbie crap in my room. Finding out I don't have reservations to the PP would be even worse. CS didn't seem to be able to handle fixing my additions, and the CPD verified my reservations.

Be sure to print out what you got from CPD showing you have the PP reservation and bring it with you. That way, you have proof if there's a hiccup on the ship. Personally, I don't think there will be. If CPD has it in the system, and sent it to you, I think you will be fine.

 

Also, have you called and asked for an updated invoice since you spoke to CPD? It may already be fixed on their. And they will send you an invoice whenever you want.

 

The other thing to do is print and save your cruise docs - they will have the PP party listed in them. If you already have them, you can also ask for them to be reissued.
