Recently off Navigator. One of the complaints was a lack of wait staff in the pool area.

Have friends onboard today. They comment that indeed there is wait staff in the pool area!

Cutbacks have reduced service levels as of late, hoping this is a good sign that RCI is looking at some of these reduced staffing comments they have gotten in the previous months.
