Can anyone tell me what watch brands are on FOS these days? I'm going to be sailing her at Christmas and want to pick out my gift! I know they have Tag, how about Citizen and Tissot?

Was on the Navigator this summer and I saw Citizens and I think I saw Tissots.

 

Know for a fact I saw Tags because I bought one!! :)

FOS definitely has Citizen Eco drive. That's the only brand I wear so I know that for sure!

Ditto... I always look forward to buying a Citizens eco-drive while on a cruise. they typically have Tissots and Tags too.... and cheaper Invicta's too!

The prices on the ship are very comparable to what they are back home.

Yes, the ships carry them. However I didn't buy one until I checked the prices on the islands (St. Thomas and St. Maarten). The island prices ended up being at least $40 cheaper than the ship prices. This was for a woman's watch. Yes, we did haggle a little but the stores were willing to come down to what we felt was a good price. (Much cheaper than our Macy's ).

They will price match too from prices quoted at the ports on identical watches. I have taken them up on that two times as I feel a little better about purchasing on the ship, don't know why but I do.

 

I have found on the Eco-Drives I've bought that the ships prices are better than back home.

We got off FOS on November 2nd and I lucked out with a fabulous Citizen watch from my parents (late graduation present). They have a great citizen collection and reasonable priced options outside of the TAgs and those alike. They have the 35% off sale which was also super helpful. The last night they display "sale" items on the promenade with all the other "sales" on a typical last night or two of cruising. I didn't mess with that and strictly looked in the jewelry store for the citizen i ended up choosing. You should be happy with the selection! Enjoy!!
