Carnival cruiser w/special effects camera

A while back someone posted a Carnival trip report with amazing pictures that had some special effects. I am wanting to buy one of those cameras for Christmas. Anyone know whose TR that was? Or know of a camera that takes special effects. Some of the pictures looked cartoonish or muted, etc. Any help will be appreciated.

 

I have already searched the photography board and couldn't find anything.

No this wasn't a photo shop application. It was a specific camera. features were built into the camera. The poster had similar shots and subjects using the different features of the camera. Everything was built in.

You're probably talking about Gambee and the "illustrator" effect on his camera.

I know it's not Photoshop you're looking for, but every single thing you mentioned can be achieved very quickly through Photoshop.

Someone brought gambee's TR back up and it was the one I was looking for. I had even asked about that camera in that TR. Well, thats what happens when ya get old and ya get "CRS".

 

That camera has come down signifigantly in price since he bought it.
