Ultimate Balcony dinner for anniversary?

Would the "UBD" be a good idea for an anniversary celebration while on the CB?

 

Any input would be helpful. I would love to suprise my wife with this. I am giving her a 10th anniversary gift and thought that this dinner would really be a nice start to a romantic evening. And to present her with the gift by setting something up with the waiter to do some sort of elabrorate presentaion with it when desert is served.
