Explorer repo cruise, did anyone lose a wallet ?

Sorry it's taken me so long to post but we stayed in Manhattan this last week before we flew home.....

Anyway on the last day at embarkation someone left a wallet balanced on one of the ashtrays on deck 11

I found it and called over one of the pool attendants, who then called another member of staff (so there would be a witness) the wallet had about $200 + dollars in it, an ID card and some credit cards, he then told me it would be taken down to guest services...... I hope whoever lost it, got it back

I don't know why they couldn't have made an announcement as the guys name was on the ID card, but just to let people know it was handed in

If the person was still onboard, they should have been able to easily get the wallet back to the passenger. They may have already contacted guest services, so an announcement would not have been necessaryy
