caneguy Posted December 3, 2014 Author #52 Share Posted December 3, 2014 Via, I loved this area of the ship. Elegant area and I felt I was sitting in a lobby of a fine hotel with wonderful restaurants off the lobby. You have Jamie's Italian and Vintages. There are also two high end shops (more than I would spend on anything they sell, but fun to look at) Bvlgari and Hubolt. The entrance to Via starts with the butterfly theme and the artwork along the walls is spectacular Have a look for yourself..... Entrance from Royal Esplanade The artwork along the walk to Via, picture does not do it justice entrance to Via Central Via walkway from Via to Two70 looking from the area around Two70 to Via

joysav Posted December 3, 2014 #54 Share Posted December 3, 2014 My Samsung 10.2 tablet with cover on just about fit in the safe with a bit of jiggling. I think it is probably the smallest safe we have ever had anywhere travelling.:( Thanks They certainly do some strange things at RCL . :o Will be buying a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 in the near future now I have found a program that works on Windows XP that converts Video . ***.avi's to Samsungs . ***.MP4 ( H264 ). How deep are these Safes and are there bigger ones in some of the larger Cabins  .
joysav Posted December 3, 2014 #55 Share Posted December 3, 2014 Hi BobK in NJ & HeatherB1958 I assume "jockeying" and "jiggling" means putting the device in diagonally through the door and it lays flat once inside the Safe ?? Thanks for your help , as the main thing to lock up will be a small notebook with good security etc with our really important info on it . The search is on  ILuvCruisin' . Great Images keep the good work up :) Joy
Life is Good Cruising Posted December 3, 2014 #56 Share Posted December 3, 2014 Was on the same sailing and enjoying your review and love your pictures which are bringing back some happy memories. The 3 Night Sampler flew by sooooooo fast for us, so much to see and do in a short period of time. We had some issues and made the best of it. We're looking forward to spending more time on her again in January.

caneguy Posted December 6, 2014 Author #60 Share Posted December 6, 2014 "Two70" This is an amazing place. Great view during the day to have a drink or eat lunch (from the Two70 cafe which is like the Park Cafe on Oasis or Allure) and a nice show at night. The Starwater show was more of a Carbaret type show than a Cirque Du Soleil show that I was expecting, but a very nice show and worth seeing. Two70 The red curtain is all digital on the screen that is dropped in front of the windows Starwater show again background is all digital images

heatherb1958 Posted December 6, 2014 #62 Share Posted December 6, 2014 (edited) Maraprince...IMO it will be tight but doable....you can put gowns and long items in the closet with the safe and if you use the one larger closet for other items you double the space by pulling down the bar that is in the closet... there's plenty of drawer space and two closed in over the bed spaces that have blankets in them but may be able to use them for personal storage as well.. Sorry ILuvcruisin' but that lower bar in the larger closet is solid, it does not drop down like the ones on other ships. Also the drop is not very deep in the other closet for maxi dresses. RCI provided fantastic drawer storage on Q and stuffed up the hanging space. Edited December 6, 2014 by heatherb1958

megacruiser Posted December 7, 2014 #64 Share Posted December 7, 2014 Sunset at Two70 Hi caneguy, I am enjoying your photos, especially those of Two70 that really show it off brilliantly. I know it is impossible to make a proper assessment of how this ship will perform on longer cruises and once they have ironed out the operational glitches that are inevitable when any new class of ship is first brought into service; but I am also looking forward to hearing your initial "thoughts". Warm regards megacruiser p.s. thanks for the recommendation; I now use Lightroom!
