It was the pack and play offer. basically a free cruise. I have not received the offer this time though. Am bummed out.

Yep, me too. Only showed up for a few hours. Now it's a higher price.

I had cruises popping up for $25 and $50 pp yesterday as well.

Then I had the on board credit with the offer pop up after that.

We were able to snag the Dream, vista deck interior, 12/28 to 1/4 ( woohoo for a new years cruise),,,@50.00 pp = 286.xx and $100 obc.

 

Wanted to do the Freedom in Feb to Galveston - but I had one booked,,,,,12 days at $50 pp, for a balcony,,,crazy!!!!!!!

 

 

Will def be watching next year on cyber Monday for pack n go rates again.....

ARe there limited cabins available on this offer? I have until the 18th to book, but hope they don't run out of cabins:D

 

computer said I had to the 18th as well.....when I pulled offers back up and faux bookings,,,,,was over for me and showing sale and special offer at 250.00 and 300.00 not 25.00 50.00 ,,,,cruise for as little as $5 a day,,,,,Gone away for me. Good luck to you. Hope you can get in on it.

when you book pack n play rate, do you pay in full at the time of booking? Or do you pay a deposit?

 

 

Paid in full. Due at booking. No deposit or hold room for 24 hr option either. I like to hold it with the 24 hr courtesy hold and let my pvp book it for the credit.

Snagged this one yesterday. 120.00pp with 100.00 obc for a cove balcony. I like to go out of Galveston so we can drive to the port and jan 25th was the only date that had this price. It wasn't a casino rate it was Pack & Play. Wanted to see if we could get this price for my sister today but it was gone.

The Pack and Go offers are casino offers. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for how they are offered - whether you play a little or a lot, and they are offered to guests from a range of cruising experiences (a few to a lot of cruises).

 

The offers seem to come up on an ongoing basis among cruisers, so keep a continual eye on your VIFP account.

 

There IS limited availability. The cabins generally go quick. They also only offer only certain categories most of the time (ie. one sailing no Lido cabins were included, on a March sailing I looked at - they included the Spa cabins, etc.). So... if you get the offer - book as quickly as you can.

 

You can also do a 24-hour hold on a specific cabin if you are not sure. Someone mentioned not being able to do so - however, that may be if you book online. I have been able to do so with my PVP multiple times.

Just booked mine 8 day Carnival Breeze 50 pp inside and 130 pp Balcony did the Balcony and also got 100 OBC so 30 pp Balcony this is my second offer I've gotten from them like this just did 8 day Splendor repo in October for 50 pp i'm liking these offers....

Rick and James, do you know how often the pack and play rates are offered? Just wondering, because the dates that I see that I like are already taken up by others that I need to be here to watch my dog , and other things are taken up. I am probably going to try to book one, but hoping another offer will come soon in case I dont. I saw a 5 day Glory that I wanted but it is gone:(. I like the one you guys have, but I am traveling solo and not sure I want to be on such a long cruise by myself.

I just booked this offer 2 days ago and had a 24 hour hold on a cabin and only paid $100 deposit for the two of us.

I booked an 8 Day on Valor OV (all that was left besides inside) at $90.00 PP and only had to put down $50 deposit for each.

I Was booked and did not have the offer until after my return. My DH had it though. Once I saw it, we booked two rooms. Great deal, too good to pass up. You may see one after you finish your cruise. If still available.

I don't think they come with the offer, but I emailed the executive hosts after I booked to see if I qualified for the card based on my last sailing. I had been told previously that if you get 5,000 points or more on your previous sailing that the card comes automatic. They confirmed that I did, and said they would add to my booking. I assume I will have when I get there, and if not I have an email from an exec host saying I should have......
