Goff's caye- Island marketing or Shoreexcursioneer?

We are a group of three people (Two adults and a nine year old) planning to book a Goff's Caye excursion. Island Marketing (Belize Cruise excusions) offers this tour at a lower price ($5/person). The tour is basically the same or so it seems.

 

Any advice on which one to go with? Which tour operator does Shorexcursioneer use in Belize?

We used ecoexotic adventures. Goff's Caye is a truly beautiful very tiny little island. It is surrounded by incredibly clear water. There is a little shack that sells handmade souveniors as well as a lobster and chicken lunch for $12.00. They will provide chairs for you at additional cost. We loved our time there...it is truly a slice of paradise. Please go...you wont regret it. Eco Exotic Adventures charged us $46 for each of us...and they gave us all the rum punch we could possibly drink for free throughout the day.:)

Can't help with the excursion outfits because we booked through the ship to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off at the ship, very convenient and we could shower and then spend time in port.

But we loved Goff's! We're not even big snorkelers and we loved the beach and water.

In Belize the Goff's Caye excursion through Island Marketing is done by Ecological Tours & Services http://www.ecotoursbelize.com/ We like the people doing the tour.

 

At the very bottom of the contact page you will find phone numbers and an email address. You can also book directly with them if you want.

We booked our belize excursion with shore excursioneer after comparing lots of offers such as shoretrips, shorefox, shore excursions group, etc.

 

They seem to offer a back to ship guarantee and the agents were very helpful and knowledgeable about their excursions. Plus we get an additional discount for booking our beach day in Cozumel. We liked that.
