Thank you Turtles06! I called the cruise enhancements desk today and explained that I was told twice that my cruise didn't qualify for the OBC promo. Axel paused for a moment, read the fine print and said yes, of course your itinerary qualifies.

 

Why does everything seem like such a chore with X and why must we fight for what is right? Thanks again!

I doubt X would extend it. Their point wasn't to publicize it. I'm sure they were testing the idea to see if people purchased more in advance with a bit of an incentive.

FYI ... we never recvd our credit while on Equinox last week. I went to guest services twice and was told it would be taken care of the last day of cruise...

 

had to go to guest services again.

 

they did give me the shipboard credit but it would have been nice to have recvd it without having to stand in line 3 times.

 

you may want to check your bill if you have pre purchased.

How would you know on bill that it was credit from that versus from Travel agent or something else. I want to be sure I don't miss mine when I go on my cruise. Thanks.

Ours were all there on the Equinox last week, but we found them on page 2 on the first day. Our friends' were also on page 2. The odd thing was that all our credits were posted 5x with the 3 extras showing a 'zero/0' application. Did you check your last statement for them?
