Queen Victoria,Deck 8 under "thermal suites"

For Queen Victoria voyage, looking at a room located right under the "thermal suites". Is there a disadvantage to being in this room, for example excessive heat ("thermal") or noise? Please advise. Thanks.

you might want to include a room number, otherwise everyone will have to pull up the deck plans to look:D

I am the original poster. Two rooms seem to be under the "thermal suites", 8025 and 8027. Should there be concerns about excessive heat("thermal") or noise from the thermal suites above these rooms?

I originally booked 8012 under spa and gym. I switch to a room on deck 6 since I felt some people use treadmill etc early and I feared the vibration might wake us up, if it was early.

On another cruise line we had a room under the buffet, and heard the food trolleys being wheeled out before 6am

I am considering booking 8026 or 8027 and wondered if there are any updates as to being under the thermal suite? Alternatives are deck 4 4045-4048, apparently have slightly larger cabin area. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks

Hi has anyone stated on Deck 8 under Lido Pool Grill? Is it noisy / Smelly? Cabin 8140

We have twice stayed in 8028 under the thermal suites and have found it wonderfully quiet. Certainly no heat! We're booked into 8027 for November (8028 sold) and can't wait. We love being so high forward, and you can see into the bridge. Inger Klein Olsen waved at us once while we were on our balcony!

Sorry, clarification: we've stayed in 8029, not 8028, which is not under the thermal suites. 8027 is next door to 8029.
