Which dock in Cozumel?

I have heard there are multiple docks in Cozumel. We are sailing the Dream in late March, early April. I was wondering if there is a way to tell which dock we will dock at. Any information is appreciated!

Not particularly.

Carnival will most often dock at Puerta Maya, but there are things that can cause them to dock at TMM International or Punta Langosta.

 

This past weekend we had 3 ships in port and the original schedule I saw said we'd be at Punta Langosta, but when we sailed in we passed by downtown and docked at TMM International instead.

Most likely, you will be at Puerta Maya. That's where Carnival usually goes. One time that I was there, we had 3 Carnival ships, so mine (the smallest of the 3) docked at the international pier. So even if you have 3 Carnival ships, the Dream will not be the smallest. I haven't heard of Carnival ever using the downtown pier, since they were all rebuilt in 2006. Maybe a couple Carnival ships have used that one here or there, but it would be very rare.

We used downtown on the Conquest during hurricane Isaac in 2012. There were 5 carnival ships in port that day die to all the reroutes.
