Mystic Mtn/Bobsled: ship excursion vs private operator

We always book our tours through a private operator instead of through the cruise line. Less crowded, better quality and lower price.

 

We are arriving in to Falmouth and looking to do the Mystic Mtn/Bobsled tour. The various operators I have checked (Peat, Courtney, etc) are all more expensive than RCL. ????? And yes, I've double checked to ensure each tour includes exactly the same thing?

 

Has this been anyone else's experience? Just surprised to see the ship excursion is cheaper?
