To upgrade or not

We are sailing on the Sunshine on Feb. 7th and got an offer to upgrade from deck 6 to deck 8. Both are midship with deck 6 being 6335 and deck 8 being 8262. The deck 8 room is under the lido buffet and deck 6 is above and behind one of the nightclubs. I've not read much about noise towards the back of the ship other than deck 8 early morning chair moving on lido. The upgrade is only $40.00 but I'm feeling it may be quieter to stay where we are. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks and Feb. 7th can't get here soon enough!

in a nano second-- take that upgrade

 

6334 is right above the Alchemy bar

8262 is below the lido buffet area but in the carpeted area- this is the quieter cabin

I'd take that upgrade too, for the same reasons mentioned above.
