BigPaul26 Posted August 25, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2005 My dw wanted to know if the personalized stationery in concierge class is personalized with celebrity info or with the passengers name? Thanks for the help! :o
Rare mahdnc Posted August 25, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2005 It is personalized with the passenger's name. At least that is what it is in the suites and I assume that it is no different for CC.
judyfssw Posted August 25, 2005 #3 Share Posted August 25, 2005 Passengers name like x Jones are printed on like a half sheet of paper with the name of th x Jones ship printed at the top and then the passengers names. You get between 3 and 5 pieces of paper with envelopes. It's no big deal.
T-sip Posted August 25, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2005 We have some left from a previous cruise; they give about 5 note-sized sheets, Celebrity logo on top, and then laser printed below, it says (for example) Mr John Doe Mrs Jane Doe Sky Suite 1204 MV Mercury Envelopes are not personalized, but do have Celebrity logo on them. As previous poster said, not really a big deal; they personalize just by running printed paper through a laser printer. I think it's nice, but I've never used it even once. anca Posted August 25, 2005 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2005 Sounds perfect for leaving notes for your butler or steward as to your special likes and dislikes, example: no canapes needed or please one goose down pillow:)
LouChamp Posted August 25, 2005 #6 Share Posted August 25, 2005 I collect all the stationery we receive on various cruises, hotel stays, etc and keep them in a folder. Every summer when our daughter goes to summer camp I write to her on the different letterhead. Over the years it brings back memories for our family. All the best
janine543 Posted August 25, 2005 #7 Share Posted August 25, 2005 Call me a snob but I love the stuff.....I like to send notes to my new friends requesting their attendance at a cocktail party in our stateroom....and of course delivered by my white gloved butler! medcoder Posted August 26, 2005 #8 Share Posted August 26, 2005 I agree with Janine, it is just a little nicety that they offer and I apprecaite it. Heck, when we had an owners suite on the NCL Sky on our last AK cruise I mailed a letter to the gals that work at my office . They got a kick out of it. so, it isn't a really big deal but it is still kind of neat.
Boo's Mom Posted August 27, 2005 #9 Share Posted August 27, 2005 Our stationary has always said "Mr. and Mrs. Smith". No first names. I don't like that. Very stuffy. And...the business cards read the same way. The business cards are convenient to bring with you ..... and give to people that you meet when you want them to have your cabin number.
