Wedding at Sea - RC-gift for captain? tips??

Just looking for any advice - we are getting married at sea, by the captain - should we provide a small gift, or a tip? I feel like a cash tip is a bit tacky...but would probably be more appreciated.

 

Also, did anyone tip their wedding coordinators or musician? I have to pay $250 USD per coordinator and I have to have 3 because we have 60 guests - outrageous!! I have a hard time wanting to tip on top of that insane rate. I dont even want the musician but seeing as how its included Im using it haha.

 

Just wondering what other at-sea brides have done.

That does seem like a lot to already pay per coordinator then to tip. They would have to do something wonderful for a tip.
