Keep pestering your TA or Costa (where ever you booked) until you get your questions answered.

 

You could try the Costa Rollcall forum to see if anyone is on your cruise, they might be able to help.

The 23.00 departure is to accommodate European flights. The ship can be a bit slow to clear because so many people have to go through US-VISIT (whatever they call it now) but 1 PM should be fine. Miami isn't my favourite port, I don't recommend arriving early.

Muster drill should be between first & second sitting, they may vary the times a bit. There should also be a buffet which may not be in the programme.
