Aqua's Mom Posted January 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2015 We've been visited by the upgrade fairy, but not sure if we'll change back or not. Our original cabin was on the Riviera Deck which I assumed had access to the Terrace Pool. Today a Princess rep told me that you can only access the Terrace Pool by stairs from the Lido Deck. Big problem with that - I use a walker and it doesn't do steps well :). Can anyone tell me how you get to that pool, and if there is an accessible way? If not, there's no sense in trying to get nearby. Thanks.

The rep is wrong, there are doors aft on Riviera deck to the pool area but they do go up about 6 steps. There are also steps up to the HC from the pool area. there are some steps from any direction to get to the Terrace Pool regardless. AKman2495 Posted January 4, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 4, 2015 Yes, you will meet steps on either deck...
rdsqrl Posted January 4, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) Here's a photo -- it doesn't show the steps themselves, but you can see it's about half-dozen or so going down to the door leading in to Riviera deck. (Just realized that is not your ship -- I think it's one of the Grand class. But it'll be the same arrangements as on yours.)
