Problems with Celebrity Websight

Anyone having trouble accessing Celebrity's web sight this weekend. I have been trying to get some information and can't get on. I get a message saying in order to serve us better the site will be down for maintenance on April 11, 2003! Since it's May 2004 I'm wondering what is going on. I would love it if they are updating next year's cruises. I've been trying to get prices for quite a while now!

Celebrity's web sight is back up this morning. I was hoping they would have 2005 pricing in, but not such luck [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif[/img]. I know I've got plenty of time, but my anal type A personality needs to know!

Sorry but there is just no help for you type A types.
We have booked a few cruises just about 3 months out, had great times and no hassles. Last year we booked way earlier because this cruise involved my daughter who lives in another city goes to school and has a full time job so vacation scheduling is more difficult. We arranged air and pre-cruise stay well in advance so, for the last couple of months we could just relax and only had to worry about what to pack.
You know what happened. One month out the cruise was cancelled due to engine problems. Mad mad scramble to save the vacation. By the time we arrived I needed the vacation just to unstress from planning.
The moral is life is unpredictable sometimes you just have to be prepared to deal.
(The other moral is don't cruise with NCL who seemed to do whatever they could to make the situation worse instead of better.)

Now that the site is up has anyone checked prices? Have they gone up or down? Have any 'vanished' cruises reappeared?

Just now checked, website working as normal. Did do a "price check" on our next cruise (which we booked last week) for May 1-16,2005, and prices have gone up $100 per person, per stateroom.

I checked a Nov Zenith and a Jan Horizon and both were the same. Gee, I was hoping for a big discount! <bg>

I keep checking for Bermuda crusies in 2005 & no luck yet. No problem accessing their site though.
