Dimensions of printed luggage tags

I'm trying to sew luggage tag holders, but every cruise line seems to have different sizes. Can anyone out there measure theirs and post here? I want to make them so that the printing fits exactly in the window, so they look nice and neat.

I just printed mine and when cut on the dotted line are 3" wide x 8" long. You my only need 4" long if doing the fold.

Just recently the tags began printing out as big tags. They previously were the narrow ones. I assume big is the new format size now.

Yes. On the Pearl last June they were narrow, on the POA next week they are wide. Both fit in the clear luggage tags I ordered from that online "jungle river" store. Since you don't have to fold them for a custom holder you can pretty much trim them any way you want. As long as your deck and cabin number are left showing.
