Tailor - Hong Kong and/or Bangkok

Am looking for a tailor in either Hong Kong or Bangkok who would sew a wall hanging. Have contacted many of the tailors listed on various sites but none does anything other than clothes.

 

If you know of a tailor who might be willing to do a wall hanging, I would so appreciate it.
