Anyone have Chefs Table Menu from Brilliance?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone who recently sailed on Brilliance have information regarding what's on the Menu at the Chefs Table? We're on a 5 day sailing at the end of February and we're curious about what will be served.

Do the menus still rotate on a 5 day sailing, or do they just offer one?

Try these pictures, I hope they are clear enough for you. :D The fly thingy is not served, nor anywhere near the table. Hi Jules it was good to share the table with you.

Hello Chip, also a pleasure sharing a table with you! :)

Snowing here in Chicago this morning. 5 days on Brilliance was too short!

Thanks so much to you both for posting the pictures and for typing out the menu. It sounds great and we can't wait! We did the Chefs table on the Allure and it was fantastic!

Did the chef and sommelier both participate?

Aside from the welcome glass of champagne and dinner did anything else come along with the dinner? I've heard some folks get cook books or galley tours.

Thanks again!

Yes both did participate, although they stated they are not continuing with the cookbook ( I do not think they have a new one, and have run out of older ones ) although a couple of our tables mates did request one, and got it later on. The Gallery Tour was offered.:)
