Also, if the ships docks around 8:00, the first set of shuttles around 9:00?

The shuttle rides are less than 10 minutes long. In fact, the docks are about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the shuttle drop-off point.

 

The time between docking and shuttles will depend on how fast your boat clears customs. But as soon as they say "all clear" there should be shuttles there waiting for you upon your debarkation.
