Reijo Posted January 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2015 We are booked on a 9-day Explorer cruise on 2/26. Can anyone tell me how many formal night there are on a cruise of this length?
rosecitycruisers Posted January 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2015 There will just be 2, at least that was all on the 11/15 9 day cruise.
edjny Posted January 27, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 27, 2015 If one does not want to deal with TWO formal nights, they can always go to the Windjammer for one of those nights. The Explorer has a great selection of entrees at Windjammer at dinner.

You're not required to dress formal. :) Sent from my iPad using Forums mobile app

We have gone to formal night with just a pair of slacks and a shirt. But many people are intimidated if they are not all dressed up like the majority are. We often go to the WJ instead of the MDR simply because we often like the dining options better at the WJ.
