Island Time

I have a few questions. I will be sailing on the Carnival Valor and we will be in St. Marten on February 2/06. Does anyone know if we are docked or if we have to tender in?

 

Also what is the difference in Island Time versus ship time in February. I am trying to set up a private tour and she runs on island time so I am trying to figure out the difference since my watch will be set to ship time. I want to know the correct time to meet her. Thanks.

I believe SXM time is in the Atlantic Standard Zone, an hour ahead of Eastern Standard, in February.
