Fat Tuesday and Chinese New Year

Hi everyone: My family and I will be sailing on Adventure of the Seas on 2/15. Fat Tuesday is on the 17th and Chinese New Year is on the 19th. Does anyone know if anything special is done on the ship for these occasions. I'm talking a parade, special food etc. Thanks for your input.

I was on Independence of the Seas for Mardi Gras, and they didn't a Mardi Gras themed version of the normal "Mad Hatter's Ball" parade (they added some Mardi Gras masks and threw out beads).
