bjd2 Posted January 31, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 31, 2015 I bought cruise cash for our cruise and so did our son for us for Christmas. Neither of us got a confirmation email. I sent them an email asking for them and they sent them so I can have a receipt. I don't feel it's right that we should have to ask for that. Something must be wrong with their ordering system. They told me that they don't send a receipt or place it on the cruise documents due to many that purchase items to be used as a "surprise" or gift for a spouse or significant other and they don't want the surprise to be ruined.
