You should have gotten a receipt when you purchased the item. It won't be on your cruise documents but will be in the cabin. Bring your receipt in case it doesn't show up but I have never had that happen.

I bought cruise cash for our cruise and so did our son for us for Christmas. Neither of us got a confirmation email. I sent them an email asking for them and they sent them so I can have a receipt. I don't feel it's right that we should have to ask for that. Something must be wrong with their ordering system.

I questioned this with Carnival Fun Shops via telephone as I did order a birthday cake and soda/water package for my cruise in March. They told me that they don't send a receipt or place it on the cruise documents due to many that purchase items to be used as a "surprise" or gift for a spouse or significant other and they don't want the surprise to be ruined. They will be happy to send you a receipt if you call and place the order and ask for one to be sent to your e-mail.
