Rhino Rider Location

The Rhino Riders depart from Simpson Bay Lagoon. There are fine, if un-publicized, beaches on Simpson Bay; Kim Shaw and Simpson Bay Beach, both on the ocean side, nearby.

I've got a 21 second shot of the Rhinos leaving their base posted here.

Looks like this, you can either book it direct through this web site, or book it through the cruiseline if they offer it for your itinerary. I believe some cruiselines don't offer it though. They are much safer then wave runners, you Can't tip a Rhino, just the guides who guide you. The guides say that just before you take off from the dock. No matter who you book through, this site or through the cruiseline you will be at the same place in St. Maarteen, as far as I know there is only one place in St. Maarteen that does this.
