Hi all,

We have not cruised Princess before (Celebrity 3x) and am wondering about two things if anyone can help. In the aft, are the balconies by the Terrace pool noisy from the bar above and is the smoking area in the aft by that pool?

Thanks so much.

No noise that we have encountered, we try and stay on Riviera deck in the 700's often. If you get in the 500/400/300 area, there can be noise from the HC/pool above.

Great location to the aft pool and 1 deck up to the HC.

I've cruised in an aft, waking facing balcony below the aft pool area twice. It wasn't noisy and was very convenient. I will say on one of the cruises they did the Island Night deck party back there. I went to bed after the party and it was noisy. I could here them cleaning up and dragging furniture for about an hour and a half. Other than that, I think it's a great location.

They don't do the deck party at the aft pool anymore, moved it to the main pool many years ago. I miss it at the aft pool it was a much better place IMO.
